Arising Out of Employment (AOE) & Course of Employment (COE) Investigations
An Onsite is beneficial to employers as it provides a level of detail that is not often obtained in the ordinary course of business. Our investigators obtain copies of police reports or incident reports relevant to the case. Additionally, we can obtain a current address on employees pertinent to the case. Copies of the employee’s wages, a signed Medical Release of Records, photographs of the employee, the employee’s injured area, the accident site and the Panel of Physicians located at the insured are all collected. Finally we prepare a detailed report for your records.
